After having a summer with no closings in 2007 I turned to building my property management business rather than marketing to buyers and sellers. It was the best move I could have done. Ever since then I enjoyed the steady income that only goes up every time I get a new property under my management. Every time I get a new account - that means I just gave myself a significant raise! It's a very profitable and dependable business and now is the time to be in it! I couldn’t agree more with the author.

Broker and if not, to manage property you must work under a R.E. Broker's license.
